“Unfortunately the king bed is horrible, so we did not have a good nights sleep. The bed creaks every time you move. Also, one of the hand towels had make up on it from a prior guest. We come to Miami every few months unfortunately we will have to find another place. ”

"Room was very worn down. Carpet was stained. We booked a room for four people but only three towels. Shower curtain stained with something red. One of the beds had yellow stains on the bed sheets. We went down to the reception desk multiple time for another towel as well as new bed linens but it took an hour an multiple cleaners before someone can with a towel and changed the bed sheets."
