Could be better
We knew from previous reviews that the pullout sofa bed would be uncomfortable, and figured we would deal with it because the place is a good price and location. This was the WORST mattress I have ever laid on. Do not book this place if you plan to have adults sleep on the pullout. You can literally feel every single spring of the mattress poking into your body with zero cushion. And we are really not that picky about sleeping. Besides this absolute dealbreaker the place has so much potential to be awesome, if only the local property team would provide adequately for guests and respond to issues. For four guests, they provided 6 pillow cases, one comforter, and one throw blanket. There was an overly eager Vacasa representative texting me the whole trip asking if there was anything we needed, but when I requested an additional comforter and pillow cases they repeatedly told me they would notify the local team who would take care of it. We stayed for 4 nights and the local team never showed up or contacted us. On the first night the propane tank on the fireplace went out, and again the local team never showed up to replace it. Bottom line is you get what you pay for. The pros of this are great location for skiing sugar mountain, also nice specialized touches for dog guests like bowls, beds, mat and bones. If you plan to come, don’t expect the gas fireplace to have propane and bring your own air mattress and bedding if you have more than two people.
