The space

This beautiful apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Villa de
Gràcia, one of Barcelona’s most authentic and charming neighborhoods.
With capacity for two guests, it is ideal for travelers who want to
experience the city like locals, surrounded by culture, creativity, and
vibrant street life.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and
chairs, fridge-freezer, oven, coffee machine, and kitchen
utensils—perfect for relaxed breakfasts or homemade dinners after a day
exploring the city. It offers one double bedroom, a cozy living room,
and a full bathroom with shower, providing comfort and practicality
throughout your stay.

Gràcia is truly a wonderful place to stay. Once an independent town
until 1897, it has evolved into a lively, bohemian district known for
its artists, designers, and international students. Modernist streets,
small boutiques, art spaces, and lively squares give the area a unique
and welcoming atmosphere.

Strolling through Gràcia means discovering iconic squares such as Plaça
del Sol, Plaça de la Virreina, and Plaça del Diamant, perfect spots to
enjoy a drink on a terrace and soak up the local vibe that has inspired
generations of Catalan artists and writers. The location is excellent,
just a short distance from Passeig de Gràcia and Plaça de Catalunya,
the most touristic areas of Barcelona.

Please note that the Gràcia neighborhood festival takes place from
August 15th to 21st, and some noise may be expected during these dates.

The apartment has air conditioning in the main bedroom and the living
room, and the building is equipped with a lift.

A perfect choice for a comfortable and authentic stay in Barcelona.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR

- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will apply.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking
is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Fiesta Major de Gràcia – Carrer de la Perla

Every August, Carrer de la Perla is decorated with spectacular displays
made by local residents, making it one of the main attractions of the
Gràcia Festival. Here you can see creative works made from recycled
materials and experience a lively, community-based festive atmosphere.

The area around Carrer de la Perla is part of Vila de Gràcia, a
neighborhood with a strong personality:

Other things to note

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
secured.

The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the
guest.
