We invite you to enjoy this stunning three-story house with an exclusive rooftop terrace, located just a one-minute walk from the beach.

This historic home is one of the last gems still standing in the picturesque and centrally located fishermen’s neighborhood of Barceloneta. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to ensure a unique and unforgettable stay.

The house is divided into three floors:
• On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest toilet.
• The first floor features two bedrooms, one of which has a charming balcony.
• The second floor offers two more bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub.
• Finally, the rooftop terrace awaits, with comfortable sofas where you can relax and enjoy the Mediterranean breeze.

I was born and raised in Barcelona, and I love this city. We will be available if you need any assistance and will be happy to share local tips and recommendations to help you make the most of your stay.

Tourist Tax Notice:
Please note that Barcelona has a mandatory tourist tax. This tax amounts to €6.25 per person per night, and it must be added to the total cost of your stay. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival. Children under 16 years old are exempt, and the tax applies for a maximum of seven nights.

Accessibility Warning:
The house is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility due to its multi-level layout and narrow staircases.

Parking:
We offer one free parking space located just 3 minutes’ walk from the property. The parking area is monitored by security cameras and has 24/7 on-site security staff.
Additional parking spaces can be requested at a cost of €20 per day.

Important Rules:
• Smoking is only allowed on the terrace and balcony. Smoking in any other area of the property will result in a €200 penalty.
• Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

Late Check-In Fees:
• Arrivals after 22:00 have an additional fee, payable in cash upon arrival:
• €30 for check-ins between 22:00 and 1:00.
• €50 for check-ins after 1:00.
