Cool Jazz 21 - Habitat Apartments

Welcome to Cool Jazz 11, stylish apartment inspired by the soft, thoughtful tones of Cool Jazz music. Located in a peaceful residential area of Barcelona, this apartment is perfect for families or small groups of up to four people.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms: a spacious master bedroom with a large double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV, as well as a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an oven, dishwasher, toaster, and a Nespresso machine. For your convenience, the apartment also has central air conditioning and heating, a washer/dryer, and a safe box.
A standout feature of the building is the shared rooftop terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the sun. Please note the terrace hours are seasonal.
Key Information for Your Stay
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, as we will be cleaning and preparing the apartment for your arrival.

During Reception Hours (Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM) you will be able to check in at the reception, leave your luggage and collect your keys in case you arrive before 3pm.

Outside Reception Hours
We offer a self-check-in option. To receive the codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance, you must first complete the mandatory guest data registration and pay the tourist tax/pending payments via the secure online links we will send you. Self-check-in is available anytime from 3:00 PM after these steps are completed.
Please make sure that all the pending payments are completed before your arrival in order to receive check in instructions.

Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).
If you have any delay on your arrival time please call us on the number we send you in a confirmation message (this is also the 24 hour contact number in case you need to contact us during your stay).

A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
City tax:
10,45 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
- The city tax does not apply to stays longer than 31 nights.

Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 00:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.

All the payments and registrations should be completed at least 24h before your check in.
