    There is a powerful air conditioning because the apartment has high ceilings.

    As you will be staying in a fully touristic licensed "Acomodis" apartment there is a city tax of 10,45 euros per adult per night, this needs to be paid on check in please. Children under 17's are free of city tax. From 17 years old there is city tax.
    Late check in from 21h has an additional fee of 35 euros.

    Check-in

    Official check-in time is from 14h onwards.

    However, if you arrive earlier, we try to be as flexible as possible. In most cases, you may leave your luggage and collect the keys around 11:30h, subject to availability and the apartment being ready.

    If you plan to arrive early, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you 😊

The apartment is in a great location. Close to the metro and bus lines. The owners are very responsive. There was a small maintenance issue but once reported the owners were very proactive it getting it remedied. Barcelona is a wonderful city. I highly recommend visiting and this unit is a great place to stay.

Jacob was incredibly nice, welcoming, and communicative! Upon check-in, he made plenty of recommendations for the city and got us acquainted with the neighborhood. The apartment was walkable to many of the neighborhoods we wished to eat and shop in and was an easy metro ride to the famous architectural sites. We would be happy to stay here again!

The location of the property was not “steps from La Rambla” and the area was not ideal. However the hosts were amazing and the property was clean and comfortable. We had issues with the AC but it was fixed quickly. The Metro was nearby so traveling around the City was easy. Overall our stay was great. I left a gift behind and the hosts have been king enough to mail it to me.
