Welcome to our cozy apartment, nestled in the heart of the Dreta de l'Eixample neighborhood. This safe, residential area is perfect for friends and family visiting Barcelona, with Girona metro station, pharmacies, bakeries, and tapas restaurants just a short two-minute walk away.



Our apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with a single bed) and two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The spacious living room connects to a fully equipped kitchen, creating an open, inviting main living space. Natural light flows in from two small balconies at the front, offering lovely views.



For a unique experience, guests have access to a private rooftop terrace with a table and chairs—ideal for soaking up the city views or enjoying a meal outdoors.



The main bedroom includes a large wardrobe, providing enough storage space, while the building’s elevator ensures easy access. This centrally located apartment in Eixample Esquerra offers the perfect base for discovering Barcelona, whether you’re here for leisure or business.



Perfectly located just steps from Girona Metro Station (Line 4), this apartment allows easy access to all parts of Barcelona, including its beautiful beaches. For those who prefer to explore on foot, you can reach Plaza Catalunya or Las Ramblas in about 8 to 10 minutes.

Other Things to Note:

- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in fee (upon request): 25€ for arrival after 11:00 AM.

If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.

Late mandatory check-in fee (excluded from the price): 35€ after 21:00 / 60€ after 00:00.



- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

Late check-out fee (upon request): 25€ for departure before 14:00.



- Maintenance Access: Guests must allow reasonable access to the property for inspection and repair of any reported maintenance issue.



-Don't forget about the tourist tax – it's 10.45€ per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.
