The Space:

Nestled in the heart of Eixample, a district famed for its architectural marvels and cultural vibrance, this 75 m2 gem boasts two balconies, offering a serene escape amidst the city's hustle. With the Boutique looks, the apartment marries the classic with the contemporary, much like the operatic arias Caballé so effortlessly infused with new life.



Designed to comfortably host up to six guests, this apartment reflects the grandeur of an operatic stage, with each element carefully curated to ensure an unforgettable stay. It features two elegantly appointed bedrooms, each graced with a plush double bed, reminiscent of the luxury and poise of the diva herself.



The living-dining room, a tapestry of sophistication and comfort, includes a double sofa bed, offering a perfect nook for relaxation or social gatherings. Here, one can almost hear the echoes of Caballé's mesmerizing performances, as the room fills with natural light and city views.

The Neighborhood:

The Sagrada Familia, Antoni Gaudi’s architectonical masterpiece, is located a 15-minute walk from the apartment.



The metro station Encants is 5 minutes from the apartment. With the metro network you have all of Barcelona at your feet.



Getting Around:

At a 30-minute stroll away lies the iconic Sagrada Familia, a symbol of Barcelona's artistic heritage. With a metro station closeby, you're mere minutes from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas, the pulsating heart of the city. Or why not visit the place where Montserrat performed probably her most famous act duet with Freddy Mercury for the Barcelona 1992 Olympics; the Olympic Stadium on Montjuich, it is not too far.

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:



All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.



- Keeping things smooth:

For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.



- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!



- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.

Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.



- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.



- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.



- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)



- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.



- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.



- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.



- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.
