Stylish design flat in a quiet street of Ronda Sant Pere. Enjoy living like a local while exploring our beautiful city and all its architectural wonders.The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests, with a living area that features a relaxing sofa and a flat screen TV, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances.

The apartment is 5 minutes from Metro Plaza de Catalunya (Red Line L1 & Green Line L3).

The Space:
Welcome to this 166 m2 spacious and bright flat in a historical building 5mins to Plaça Catalunya. It offers a great place in the middle of Barcelona and is a perfect example of the Catalan architectural style.

⚠ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.

The Neighborhood:
Dreta de l'Eixample is a neighborhood in the Eixample district of Barcelona. It includes Plaça de Catalunya, the centre of the city, and the upscale streets Rambla de Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. It is the bourgeois neighborhood of the city, which makes the majority of its population belong to the upper class of Barcelona. Dreta de L'Eixample is one of the most luxurious neighborhoods of Barcelona.

Getting Around:
The closest metro station is Plaça Urquinaona (Lines 1& 4).
The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça Catalunya, in front of "El Corte Inlges". The cost is around 4.5€

Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***

- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 6.25€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.

- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.

- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation
and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***

Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs

Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)

*** HOUSE RULES ***

1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.

Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Great location, however!

The apartment is in a great location and was spacious reasonably well furnished. Some small issue included 1) the sofa bed was broken on arrival making it partially unusable 2) the toilet in the main bedroom ensuite was nit secured to the toilet making using it difficult. 3) A number of the doors did not have door handles so that they could not be pulled shut in several of the rooms. Not a big issue for our group but privicy could be an issue and should be an easy fix. 4) we put the washing machine on overnight and on the sin cycle it jumps around like crazy making a noise that spread throughout the whole apartment building causing complaints form the neighbours. 5) Noise is an issue in the building as with all the hard surfaces even just having a conversation with your group can create a noise that travel through the building.

Schöne modernistische Wohnung in bester Lage, aber schlecht ausgestattet und ĂŒberteuert

Unser Aufenthalt in Barcelona war generell sehr schön, aber das PreisleistungsverhĂ€ltnis der Wohnung stimmte nicht. Es fehlten viele Basics: zu wenig HandtĂŒcher, fehlende TĂŒrklinken und GlĂŒhbirnen, fehlende Möbel wie der Arbeitstisch im Flur oder BĂ€nke in den Zimmern, zu kleine Kaffeemaschine fĂŒr eine grĂ¶ĂŸere Gruppe, keine Schneidebrettchen, schmutzige WĂ€nde, kaputter Lichtschalter, Brandloch im Sofa. Wir haben die MĂ€ngel direkt reklamiert und man wollte sich kĂŒmmern. Passiert ist nichts. Die Wohnung könnte man mit einfachen Mitteln sehr schön gestalten und aufwerten. Aber aktuell ist sie sehr lieblos eingerichtet und dafĂŒr einfach zu teuer. Absoluter Pluspunkt ist die perfekte Lage und die sehr schöne Terrasse.

Bad Vrbo experience

Filthy mattresses with only a thin sheet pulled over the top.. badly stained pillows and no extra blankets even at my request. No amenities whatsoever in example coffee pot large enough for a group, appliance instructions and barely warm water in the showers. The only good thing about this property is its location. Not worth even half the money!

Excellent Barcelona location comfortable for up to six.

Apartment 4 floors above street, unlit staircase with small elevator, kitchen and bathroom updated. Not even salt in the cupboard, no written instructions but market across the street fills all needs. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, taxis, public trash bins very close. Short walks to Plaza Catalunya, Palau Musica, Rambla, Old city. Could use sprucing and more hot water but worked for us.

Great location and value

This apartment is in a very convenient location. Walking distance to the Gothic Quarter, Plaza Catalunya, grocery stores, cafes and nice restaurants. There is a taxi stand across the street and the metro station is a short walk. It was very easy to communicate with our host, who was so responsive and really helped us out when we had to rearrange our schedule. The kitchen is nice and the apartment has a sunny and quiet patio which was a great place to unwind after a busy day. Some of the furniture could use an update but it was very comfortable.

A Special Flat

While we had some trouble finding the spot/getting in, it was worth the time!! We loved this space. It was in a great area, had all of the amenities needed and we enjoyed multiple nights of cheese plates and wine on the balcony. We would come back!

Fantastic location

This place gets full marks for space and location. The location is close to countless restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and an easy walk to many attractions. The full grocery store across the street was very convenient. The sunny patio overlooks a courtyard away from the street noise. Nice and bright and airy with the patio doors open. And lots of space, especially in the primary suite. The app to open the doors was easy to use and eliminated worry about keys for 4 adults travelling together. The place was clean, with the exception of the living room furniture, which was pretty much as pictured, but really could use an update. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!!
