Fin och ljus studio perfekt för ett par. Platsen med denna studio är dess mycket soliga privata terrass, perfekt för att få lite frisk luft eller njuta av en god måltid ute. Det är mycket bra anslutet till de viktigaste turistattraktionerna i staden Barcelona, med flera kollektivtrafik i närheten.

Bredvid Sagrada Familia

Några minuters promenad från studion finns två monument över Unescos världsarv, Sagrada Familia-katedralen och Hospital Sant Pau som erbjuder en restaurang med terrass mycket trevlig både på vintern och på sommaren, där du du kan njuta av en god frukost eller måltid i en liten oas av fred.

Från studion har du tillgång till två tunnelbanelinjer och mer än 10 busslinjer som gör att du enkelt kan flytta till andra områden i Barcelona.

Studion ligger på översta våningen i en byggnad med hiss och har en 25 kvadratmeter stor terrass med bord och 4 stolar och 2 solstolar för att njuta av en god frukost eller en måltid på hotellet. exteriör, med utsikt över Sagrada Familias torn.

Studion erbjuder sovplats för två personer, med en dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa för två personer.

Med uthyrning av denna studio har du till ditt förfogande ett fullt utrustat kök och ett duschrum. Du kommer också att dra nytta av komfort med luftkonditionering, uppvärmning, trådlös internetuppkoppling och satellit-TV.

The property is as described. Communications with the owner are prompt and clear. Check in was friendly and efficient.The space itself is a good sized studio, suitable for two. The balcony is a good size and adds to the space. Wonderful Studio Apartment

Our stay in Barcelona and the studio apartment was perfect. The building location is convenient to bus and metro stops and within easy walking distance to Sagrada Familia and Recinte Modernista de San Pau. There are numerous excellent restaurants nearby with great suggestions by the host. All communications were prompt and the host even made a taxi reservation for us to the Airport for our departure (early Sunday morning). The studio itself is plenty of room for a couple and has a lovely, huge balcony; you can see Sagrada Familia and in the evening, it's beautiful all lit up! The kitchen was stocked well enough to make breakfast and a dinner or two. We would stay here again!

Fijne studio met groot terras

Zeer vriendelijke verwelkoming. Mochten onze koffers al in bewaring komen brengen voor incheck. Informatie gekregen over de omgeving waar veel te doen is. Op 15 min. wandelen van de Sagrada Familia, die je vanaf het 'grote' terras kunt zien staan. Studio was zeer proper, alles wat je nodig hebt. Fijne buurt met veel restaurantjes en supermarkten kortbij. Echt een aanrader!

Would highly recommend

We had a wonderful week long stay in this apartment - it is perfect for a couple. Met all our expectations and as described. As mentioned by many others, we loved the terrace and even in the cooler weather, so nice to sit out in the afternoon sun. I can’t say enough things about the hosts - so friendly, responsive and helpful. Even better, they had an office in the building and you could see them in person during weekday office hours! Just a quick reminder if you have mobility issues- the apartment is on the top floor but the elevator stops at the floor below, so 1 flight of stairs to walk. Highly recommend

Best place in Barcelona to stay

I absolutely loved this place. Best place to stay for a couple. Surprisingly roomy and the patio made it feel so much bigger. Tons of light and opening windows. Clean, well kept, had great communication. The area itself is quiet and in an older part of the city. With tons of groceries and restaurant options. Close to the subway and tourist highlights. Would highly recommend staying and hope we can stay here the next time in Barcelona.

Good place to come back

We got to Barcelona after a long day traveling. Gianni was very welcoming and more than that: he took the time to give us directions to different places, explained the dynamics of the city and even guided us to a great place to eat after many hours. He was patient, very friendly and answered all our questions. The studio was as described and in the pictures, clean and organized. Decent bathroom with excellent hot water to shower after long days of walking and visiting places. Yes, you can indeed see La Sagrada Familia from the balcony! We particularly loved being in a neighborhood away from busy streets, but with near access to the metro which can take you anywhere you want. Also, there’s many different places where to eat or just have a good expresso on the go. I would definitely go back here! Thank you Gianni!!!

Barcelona vacation

The apartment is comfortable, equipped with everything needed. Location is convenient , just 5 minutes from metro station, a few must to see attraction - in walking distance. There is also gorgeous balcony , where we had all our meals. The only one draw back , is not the most comfortable bed, little bit narrow, and too soft. over all, i would recommend this apartment for vacation.

Great stay

Well managed property. Easy communication. Beautiful stay outside of the busy city center, with convenient access to public transport to visit all the main attractions. We had the studio apartment on the top floor with a fantastic balcony. The host provided some great recommendations but some were outdated (business permanently closed or moved). The kitchen is basic: two stovetops, a microwave and toaster. There is no oven. I would recommend this stay for any couple/group of 2.

Great facility, view and location

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It's far enough removed from the loud hustle and bustle of the crowded tourist areas, but only a few minutes away from public transportation to all the sites. Our property host, Bernard, was very helpful with recommendations for food and transportation methods and routes. We would recommend this property to others and would stay there again next time we are in Barcelona.

Cute, clean, functional apartment

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, functional, and quiet. The patio was lovely. The only negative for us was the size. We don’t usually book studios because unless you go to bed at the same time, it’s impossible to have private space. That was our mistake for booking a studio. No complaints with the apartment at all.

Clean, cozy, and great outdoor space

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s an easy walk to the metro and grocery store, and not too far from downtown. The highlight for us was the top floor patio and the large open windows- it was a great place for breakfast and evenings of drinking wine overlooking the city and Sagrada Familia (it’s a bit obstructed by other buildings, but still really cool to be able to see it from the studio). The kitchen was also a nice size, and the manager was very friendly and helpful with giving us maps and suggestions for our visit. Overall it was very clean and exactly what we needed for our visit to Barcelona. The only things I would note similar to others on here- the elevator does not go to the top floor so you’ll have to walk one flight, there is minimal room in the bathroom for toiletries and the shower is pretty shallow so it overflowed a few times for us leaving the bathroom floor wet, and there are no suitcase racks but you can get creative to find space. The main reason we took one start off of our review is because we had difficulty coordinating time with the manager to pay our balance, which impacted our plans for the little time we had in Barcelona.

Beautiful studio near the Sagrada Familia

Very bright, clean, quiet and modern studio located at a 10-minute walk to the Sagrada Familia, and a 2-minute walk to 2 subway stations. The large comfortable terrace offers a beautiful view of the towers of the Sagrada Familia. Although an arrival on a Sunday afternoon, we were warmly welcomed and provided with very useful information about the city. We enjoy walking and Plaza Catalunya as well as the beach are at more or less 45 minutes away from the studio. Otherwise, the very close subway stations will get you wherever you want to go. We truly recommend it.

Loved are little apartment. Terrace was awesome.

The property was as beautiful as it appeared on line. The lication was great. A short walk to two metro lines and to the Sagrada and Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site ( which has to be Barcelona's best kept secret. Our hosts were very helpful and gave us many brochures and maps. I would definately recommend this Home Away.

Enjoyable stay

The apartment was clean and bright, as pictured. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals, and we appreciated having the basics provided: salt and pepper, paper towels, trash bags, dish-washing detergent. There were a few negatives. The most inconvenient was the lack of a place for our clothes. The wardrobe was well supplied with hangers, but there were no drawers or shelves for folded things. I suppose many people like to live out of their suitcases, but we enjoy unpacking for a week's stay. That was not an option here. There was also no place in the bathroom for toiletries. When I mentioned this to Jean-Marie, the very nice staff person, he kindly brought us a small table to put under the bathroom sink. Jean-Marie also offered to bring a small heater for the bathroom. We declined, because the bathroom was so small, and at the time of our check-in we didn't think we would need it. As it turned out, the weather was very cold and wet on two days of our stay, and we found the heating system in the apartment inadequate. After several hours of running the heater we were comfortable, but it took quite a long time. The terrace is lovely and was one reason we chose this apartment. In good weather, the terrace could be used as an outdoor living room. That just wasn't possible for us. I should also mention that the elevator for the building stops one floor below the apartment. We knew this before booking because of a comment in a previous review. It was not a problem for us, but I do think the description needs to be very clear about the single flight of stairs. We loved the neighborhood. There were bakeries, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. Bus and metro lines were super convenient. In addition, we enjoyed the beautiful promenade Avenida (?) de Gaudi that runs from the Sagrada Familia to the former Hospital Sant Pau, a beautiful modernista complex nearby. Barcelona is a wonderful city, and we enjoyed our stay.

"The Place to stay in Barcelona"

Der ca. 1 wöchige Aufenthalt in Frederics Apartment war rundum perfekt. Selbst nach der Ankunft außerhalb der Check-In Zeiten wurde alles so angenehm für uns geplant. Die Sauberkeit ist 1A und für zwei Personen ist das Aparment ideal. Mit dem schönen großen Balkon kann man einen schönen Tag in einer super Stadt ausklingen lassen und die katalanische Atmosphäre genießen. Frederic ist sehr freundlich und äußerst bemüht und immer erreichbar. Vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar und ansonsten ist die Metro auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Es gibt viele Einkaufs und Restaurants. Deshalb 5 Sterne für den Aufenthalt! Werden auf jeden Fall das nächste mal ebenfalls dort wohnen. Alles in allem Daumen hoch!

Schönes Appartement, toller Blick über die Stadt, sehr netter Empfang.

Ein kleines sauberes Appartement mit einer schönen Terrasse und allem, was man an Notwendigem braucht. Frederic am Empfang war sehr nett und der EMail-Kontakt hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden wiederkommen!
