The flat is located in the Plaça de Sants district of Barcelona, a quiet and well-connected residential area. The location is ideal for those looking for a place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but with easy access to all of Barcelona's tourist attractions.

The history of the area dates back to Roman times, when an important trade route was established connecting the city with the interior of the Iberian Peninsula. Over the centuries, the area has undergone significant urban development, especially during the 19th century, when numerous factories and workshops were built. Today, Plaça de Sants is a residential neighbourhood with a large number of small shops, bars and restaurants.

Tourist attractions close to the flat include Camp Nou, FC Barcelona's stadium, which is about 15 minutes' walk away, and the Parc de Joan Miró, an urban park with a large sculpture of the famous Catalan artist. In addition, public transport is close to the flat, with several metro and bus stations in the immediate vicinity.

Recommendations for typical bars and restaurants in the area include Can Valls, a bar with an excellent selection of wines and tapas; La Bodega del Sol, a restaurant offering traditional Catalan dishes; and La Panxa del Bisbe, a restaurant specialising in Mediterranean and market cuisine.

In terms of places to eat, there are numerous establishments in the area where you can sample local and regional gastronomy, including tapas bars, international cuisine restaurants, pizzerias and fast food outlets.

All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.

Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.

Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a € 5 management fee.

- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- Parties are not allowed.
- The flat´s capacity is of 3 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- Our neighbors are our friends, so please no noise after 22:00. There is a late check in fee for arrivals after 21:00 of €30.
- It's not allowed smoke inside of the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
