The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the Roaring Fork River as you step onto the private patio, the crisp mountain air filling your lungs while the river murmurs beside you. Snow-dusted peaks frame the view from the spacious living area, inviting you to pause with a warm drink and watch the landscape shift from sunrise to twilight. After a day on nearby trails or exploring Aspen, you return to a quiet retreat where the firelight flickers and the river’s gentle flow steadies the evening. This riverside home blends comfort and convenience for a memorable colder‑season stay.



Sleeping arrangements

The house comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and seven beds, with five full baths stocked with linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets. Each bedroom offers a private feel while the common areas provide space for gathering.



Kitchen & dining

A well‑equipped kitchen features a stainless‑steel KitchenAid gas stove, a double oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. A dining table nearby makes shared meals easy, and the layout gives you plenty of room to prepare home‑cooked dishes after a day on the slopes.



Indoor comfort

Central heating keeps the interior cozy, while a ductless split system and central air conditioning are ready for milder days. A 50‑inch HDTV with a sound system offers entertainment, and high‑speed wifi supports streaming or work. A dedicated workspace with a door provides a quiet spot for laptops or planning your next adventure. Essentials such as a washer, dryer, hangers, iron and bathroom basics are supplied.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private patio‑balcony that overlooks the river, perfect for sipping coffee at sunrise or enjoying a BBQ grill when the weather allows. The backyard space lets you breathe in the mountain air, and the private entrance adds a sense of seclusion along the water’s edge.

Located along the Roaring Fork River, the home is a short 15‑minute drive to Aspen and Snowmass Village, and 30 minutes to Glenwood Springs. Nearby you’ll find the Roaring Fork Club golf resort, the town of Basalt, a variety of restaurants, and grocery options like Whole Foods and King Soopers.



Parking & access

Free driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles, with additional street parking available. Self‑check‑in via a smart lock makes arrival effortless, and long‑term stays are welcome for those who wish to settle into the mountain rhythm.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Safety and privacy are paramount, please note we have installed three (3) cameras outside of the house. Around the outside of the house pointing the keypad on back door, outside of the garage, and over front door pointing the entrance.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
