âStayed for 2 nights for sabbath concert, check in pretty easy, room was nice, bed was comfy, thick pillows (maybe a little too thick but not an issue). Very close to bescot train station only a few min walk. We had food on first evening pizzas pricey but really nice. I ordered an 8inch, they ran out but rather than saying I couldnât have it they sent out a 12inch for no extra charge which was good! Chips were horrible though. âThought this hotel was great value for money. Had everything i needed for a good night's sleep. Fridge in the room was a bonus but also coffee making facilities tv, wifi, electricity points were all good. Room and shower room were clean All staff at reception and elsewhere were courteous, knowledge and helpful.
Woukd recommend as a budget hotel at a great price (I onky paid ÂŁ43 for a Saturday night)â

âMy stay at Ramala was quite good. The breakfast was excellent, but the rooms donât have any AC, which was a bit uncomfortable in the warm weather. If youâre working or sleeping, itâs best to put the âDo Not Disturbâ sign out as the cleaners tend to bang on the doors. Aldi and Asda are just a 1-2 minute walk away, while McDonaldâs and other food stores are about 5-10 minutes depending on your pace. Overall, Iâd rate it 8 out of 10.â
âThe property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! â
âUpon getting into bed we discovered hair on the bedsheets long dark hair, and there was rubbish behind the bedside table and behind the desk/dressing table and also in the bedside drawer. Unfortunately I didnât take any pictures â
âThe accommodation must be better for living no matter how many days of stay. There were bugs seen at first night of our stay but fortunately our children didnât notice it otherwise it would be difficult to stay there for couple of days.
Overall, it isnât worth to stay there regardless of the less amount of stay.â
