Standarden på hotellet är väl inte det bästa. Skulle ingå vatten på rummet, vi fick två flaskor första dagen. En dag hoppades städningen över. Vi bodde 6 nätter.

"Not a great value considering the room rate. Nice rooms in a really nice area if you wanna get the big city feeling. Convenient place if you wanna go shopping and you are not on a budget. The restaurant and the rooftop bar is a bit pricey and you can get better food for half the price elsewhere. I did also try the café in the lobby and I ordered a small coffe with 2 shots of espresso in it and I was brought just a dubble shot of espresso. This misunderstanding was not a problem for me but when I told the barista that we must have misunderstood each other she got hostile and rude and told me that I got what I ordered, when I finally convinced her to make me what I ordered she mumbled something behind my back while walking away. That experience is not what I am looking for when they charge you almost 10 bucks for a coffe. I will not stay here again."

"We stayed one night at Hyatt. It is a nice hotel, very well located, walking distanse to Bayside Market and to Brickell area.
The room was very big with comfortable bed and amenities.
The only issues we could think of are: bathroom design feels old, and employees aligment and knowledge about late check-out and luggage drop possibilities was bad. We were given two different prices for luggage storage and two different rates for late check-out. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel if you are looking for a place downtown.

"It all looks very good when you first get here. Nice staff and clean reception. You get upgraded (which I think everyone is) and the two bedroom apartment is very spacious. Then it starts going downhill. The place isn’t very clean and has a funky smell. Don’t walk barefoot as your feet will soon be pitch black. There are no real TV channels, just IP TV and the WiFi is so slow they cannot show but just buffers. The worst thing though is that they have the audacity to charge a resort fee. This is not a resort and the pool is absolutely worthless as it gets no sun whatsoever - maybe 45 min between 12.30-1.15. We came to sunbathe and get a tan which was totally out of the question here. For the price they charge you can get a much nicer stay. "
