The apartment is located in the main city centre of Birmingham- a short walk to many of Birmingham's main attractions including Brindley Place, Mailbox, Birmingham Library, Broad Street, and the historic Birmingham Canal Network

A beautiful 2-bedroom apartment which features a stunning view of the Birmingham skyline with a sleek, modern kitchen and living space. An ideal home away from home to explore Birmingham and all that it has to offer.

This is a luxury short-term accommodation for Families, tourists, working contractors, and holidaymakers. Our amenities include:

Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire flat, free superfast WiFi, and Netflix on our full smart HD TVs. Complimentary coffee, tea, and some treats to make everyone feel at home.

Upon booking:

You will be asked to provide your email and phone number.
You will be asked to provide a valid ID/Passport.
You will be asked to sign a pre-check-in form
Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.

We operate a self-check-in. Before you arrive at the apartment, you will first need to collect the keys from the store. All check-in details can be found on the guest portal.

Upon booking:
We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account.

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.

***We don't provide extra towels, sheets, or bedding. You can request a replacement with a fee:
- £20 to replace the sheets
- £10 to replace a set of towels

Guests will receive a Welcome Kit. The Welcome Kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as:
Dish soap
Dishwasher pods
One kitchen sponge
Two trash bags

In addition, the complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.

Two full rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
Travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap in each bathroom
One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen
Some tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and salt

-Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100
and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

-NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit.

-No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.

-No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind.

Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.

Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions, and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests.

Please expect some changes with the color of the sofa, bedding, and bed frame but the size and the layout are the same, some furniture changed as we wanted to improve our apartment and for the guest liking.
