Second stay at a Sonder hotel in the United States and again they went the extra mile to make it a really great stay for a reasonable amount for the stay! "Very big rooms/suites, ok standard but loud AC units and poor water pressure in the shower. The hotel missed to provide me with 2/3 VIP trays with goodies."
"The hotel states itâs newly renovated although the shower head in the bathroom was leaking and not fully attached to the wall. The headboard was patched up and there was no counter in the bathroom to put any of your hygienics unless on the floor next to the sink. The receptionists we encountered seamed bored to be there and not interested to answer any questions. It might be a hotel that focuses on events however Iâm never staying there again. We even found nail clippings on the floor in the room."
