Respect for Neighbors
The home is in a relatively peaceful and respectable neighborhood. Please be mindful of noise levels.

Noise & Parties
- No loud noise or music past 9:00 PM. A neighbor complaint may result in cancellation without a refund.
- No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays. Violation may lead to immediate cancellation without refund and a minimum fine of $3,000.00 will be imposed if evidence is detected.

Minut Home Sensor
To maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors, the property is equipped with a Minut Home Sensor. This device monitors noise decibel levels and sends notifications if they become excessive. Minut sensors do not record sound or visuals, ensuring guest privacy is fully respected. This device does not record audio or video—it simply measures sound levels.

Safety & Energy Conservation
- Ensure all appliances (hair curlers, laptop chargers, etc.) are unplugged before leaving.
- Turn off the stove, & oven when not in use.
- Do not set the heater below 67°F. This may damage the unit.

General House Rules
- No shoes inside the property.
- No smoking of any kind. A $3,000 fee applies if evidence is found.
- No use of dye permitted (hair dye, fabric dye, etc.). A $1,000 fee applies if evidence is found.
- No mail/packages delivered to the property. Use a nearby pickup service.
- Do not unplug electronics (TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.).
- No moving or rearranging furniture.
- Please do not loiter outside the building to respect our quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
- Any locked closet doors are locked for privacy purposes. Forcing the door open will result in a loss of your security deposit.

Disclaimer: If the door is left unlocked or jammed for an extended period, it will trigger a security alert to protect our property and notify us. You will also receive a notification. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your belongings under any circumstances.

Parking
Free 24/7 parking for 1 car only (no oversized vehicles). Please note: Free Parking is provided as a courtesy, and we are not liable for any damage, loss, or issues related to the vehicle during valet handling or while parked.

Guests & Pets
- No extra/overnight guests beyond the stated reservation. Violations may result in cancellation.
- No pets allowed.

Adult Supervision Required
- Children must be supervised at all times. Ensure safety while on the property.

Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM onwards
- Check-out: 10:00 AM

Apartment
- Please note: There is an elevator in the apartment building. This is a second floor apartment.

Age Requirement
For this property, the primary guest must be 25 years or older and staying for the duration of the reservation. A valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in to confirm. Thank you for your understanding!

Additional Policies
- No pre or post check-in bag storage .

For your safety and security, the property has actively recording cameras in the following exterior locations (all on the 2nd floor):

- One camera at the front door facing the elevator
- One doorbell camera at the front door
- One camera at the stairwell exit
- One camera at the emergency exit

All devices are outdoors and do not record inside the home. Cameras operate 24/7. There are no indoor cameras. Any attempt to disable, block, or tamper with these devices will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.
