  • Rena, rymliga två sovrum ligger nära Ashmont Village, UMASS Boston och Boston Downtown. Du kommer att älska det lugna området med inkluderad parkering utanför gatan. En kort bilresa, uber eller tågresa till centrum. Min plats är bra för par och familjer (med barn). Massor av restauranger och barer i närheten.

    Fantastiskt grannskap. I staden men trädkantade gator får det att känna sig mer förorts.
    Stora barer och restauranger i närheten ligger en kort promenad / väg bort eller så kan du ta dig till centrum.

    Cirka 10 minuters promenad till Ashmont Train Station (Red Line). Buss längst ner på gatan också.
    Om en $ 15-20 Uber åktur till centrum. 25-30 $ från flygplatsen

Property was as advertised. Spacious, clean, well appointed with comfortable beds. Uber to/from from the Fields Corner T station for easy downtown access. Had a great stay!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Train Street house in Dorchester. The house was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for light meals. The off-street parking was very convenient, and it was a short walk to the Fields Corner T stop. Check in was a breeze, and our host Shawn was very communicative. We would definitely stay there again.

Property was very nice, well taken care of. We did not have a car, walk to train station was about 15-20 min. Owner left coffee pods and snacks for us. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was spacious and provided the basics needed for our stay. A few minor issues (stain on the blanket was off putting, pee/toilet paper left in the toilet, bedroom doors didn’t shut securely, and the bedroom outlet was falling out of the wall- secured with a piece of scotch tape), but we would recommend this location based on the comfortable beds, private parking, and accessible laundry room.

Suggest the host invest in fully sealing around the window air conditioners. Gaps present, allowing dampness in the apartment.

Property is within 15 minutes of downtown and 5 minutes from the JFK library. There are actually 3 beds and I think a pull out couch but we didn’t need to try that. So plenty of sleeping space. Beds are comfy. Appreciated the laundry as we were there for three nights. Only downside is one bathroom which wasn’t a huge deal but something to note if you have more than 2-3 people staying. Stop and Shop for groceries is 5 minutes away plus restaurants and a CVS. Parking in the back of the place is also quite nice to avoid the worries of on street parking in a big city with a rental. Overall I appreciated how budget friendly this place was! Communication from the host was timely and clear.

Spacious & comfortable.....centrally located to area restaurants & Boston! Good communication with Shawn.. Having a washer/ dryer was a plus as we were doing an extended vacation.

Wonderful property and very responsive hosts! The parking spot was definitely the icing on the cake. Great neighborhood, lovely dining options only a 20 minute walk away. We'd love to stay again.
