  • Denna 2 sovrum + 2 badrum lägenhet är helt ny - tillsammans med alla möbler. Det inkluderar en drottning och ett sovrum i full storlek. Enheten är extremt ren och mycket snyggt inredda. Bara en 5 minuters promenad till Ashmont station (röd linje), som tar dig direkt till DOWNTOWN Boston, Harvard Square, South Boston, Kendall / MIT, U Mass. Det finns två fantastiska restauranger i närheten - Ashmont Grill och Tavolo Ristorante, samt ett lokalt kafé + en Dunkin tvärs över T-stationen.

    Utrymmet
    Vårt hem byggdes i början av 1890-talet. Det ligger i Ashmont Hill, som är ett område i Boston's Dorchester-kvarter - som är känt för sina vackra viktorianska hem, mångsidiga och eklektiska omgivningar. Huset ligger bara cirka fem minuters promenad från Ashmont T-station, som är den första eller sista stationen på den röda linjen. Mycket bekvämt.

    Ashmont lägenheten är en lägenhet med två sovrum. Ett sovrum (The Map Room) har en dubbelsäng och eget badrum med eget badrum. Medan det andra rummet (The Elephant Room) har en full storlek säng och eget badrum också. Lägenheten har ett öppet vardagsrum och kök. Lovely full apartment with a great location. Our host was highly responsive, the property was clean, quiet, and perfectly well appointed. This is a perfect location to catch the T and explore all of Boston from.

**5/5 - Wonderful Stay!**We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The space was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our trip to Boston. The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The host was incredibly accommodating and communicative throughout our entire stay. We truly loved our time here and hope to come back and visit again soon. Highly recommend!

Eddie's property was outstanding. Impeccably clean, very high end finishes, surprisingly so for a vacation rental. The outside space was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Location wise, only a short walk to local t station and 25 for an Uber trip for the later evenings. Great location! The communication from Eddie was first class. Was in town for the World cup and we will be back to Boston, when we do will stay here again.Thanks

The apartment was fantastic. Very clean and cute. Great outdoor space. The neighborhood is charming and we walked around quite a bit. Parking on the street was also easy.

The property is just as it is pictured. Very responsive host. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was great. Outdoor space is cute. The only issue was you could hear the TV from upstairs and then walking but other than that, I would highly recommend staying here. We had a great time.

Super clean and cute place. Only problems had was with other guests upstairs, extremely loud most of time. Driving to most places like wharf and downtown usually took 30 min. Host Eddie was super helpful and nice.

The Ashmont offered the space we needed for a brief visit to Boston (scheduled during Patriots Day weekend and the upcoming Boston Marathon). We appreciate having space available for members of our family to work on college work or check/respond to emails. The kitchen has everything you will need and the coffee/tea option was wonderful. The bedrooms have their own bathrooms.

The house we stayed in was really nice. The house was very old but updated nicely. Comfortable beds. Nice showers ect... Close to the downtown Boston area and all the things we wanted to do. Grocery store was really close by too. Loved the porch with the rocking chairs. The Host was quick to respond to any questions that came up regarding the area. Would recommend to anyone who wants to avoid really expensive Boston hotel costs. We love sharing a whole house with 2 family's verses being separate in hotel rooms. Love the ability to cook in a few nights as the food in Boston was EXTREMELY expensive and honestly a little disappointing. A Lobster roll was 43!!! It was good, but not that good. We expected the sea food to be reasonable since we were on the east coast. Not the case.
