Everything with the hotel is great, location, personel, breakfeast.
BUT, when we checked out we paid our bill as usual, but 2 days later we got another withdraw from our card, so you have charged us double up....
It is clearly some kind of mistake, but i have not heard anything from the hotel about it yet.
Either it is a mistake or it is a fraud. Very disturbing.
