“The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. The beds and pillows were comfortable. But the tile in the bathroom was slippery and the shower door wouldn’t stay closed. We put towels down on the floor but felt like we were taking our life in our hands to shower. Also, the heater/air conditioner under the window was on full blast when we got in and the room was like an icebox. We couldn’t turn the fan off for the entire time.”

“If you're looking for a low-cost place to stay in the Sea-Tac area this is very acceptable. Overall, the building exterior, inside common areas and the room itself appeared to be in good physical shape. The shuttle from and back to the airport is also a nice feature.
