“This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. “Great location for park and ride into Bath. We stayed in the main building-this was a mistake. It was noisy-the annex (where we have stayed before) is much better. Our room had a great view of the race course but unfortunately was directly above the kitchen. Kitchen smells and noise drifted up and on one occasion very loud music from the kitchen. “Ett vanligt lite tråkigt ställe. Det var väl helt ok, förutom att det varma vädret gjorde att hotellrummet var vansinnigt varmt hela natten och fönstren gick bara att ställa på glänt pga en låst barnsäkerhetsspärr. Personalen gjorde vad de skulle, men inte mer. Receptionen var tidvis obemannad och trots att det fanns en "ringklocka" dröjde det ett bra tag innan nån dök upp. Vi åt i restaurangen, det var bra pris med enorma portioner. Den vanliga standard pubmaten.”
