âThe room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the hot water didnt take long to get hot, the staff was very friendly. I asked for magnets because they have an area of merch and they did not have the magnets yet. The owner was there and the manager, both took my info and will ship out a free magnet to me since they arrive a day after my check out. They treat dogs very good, and they have a section for souvenirs for the dogs. I really liked that part. The bar tenders were very friendly,...
âBilly at the front desk was fantastic! He was funny and personable! The breakfast staff was so nice too! The room was clean and beautiful. My daughters loved the way it was decorated. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub jets were super strong. â
âOne of the best we have stayed in. Kelly on reception was so helpful explaining where to go and went best to do it and even on the cog train to sit on the left for the best views. We also appreciated the free coffee throughout the day especially early morning.The breakfast was also excellent. We have no complaints and would thoroughly recommend itâ

âGreat area, a little out dated but for the price it isnât bad. No elevator so you have to carry your luggage up; but they do offer assistance. Morning breakfast is nice clean and stocked. Close to the almost anything. They only clean your room 3 days after your initial check in which I thought was weirdâŠoverall decent place. Staff was niceâ
