"Väldigt bra mötande från personalen, bra avstånd i Liverpool. Rum är ok lite sliten men ok. Saknar AC som sommar väldigt varmt i rummet. "

"Vi hade betalat för en hotellnatt och personalen hjälpte med väskan till rummet. Men det fattades tvål, schampoo, badkaret gick ej att fylla med vatten, det fattades stor handduk och duschhandtaget var trasigt/slitet. Vi kom sent och somnade i sköna rena sängar, påpekade felen på morgonen vid frukost och fick övertala dem om kompensation en bättre frukost vilket vi fick till slut. "

"We arrived at 12.00, and our check in was at 15.00. Our plan was to ask if we could leave our bags and check in earlier. Before we even asked about the check in, the receptionist already offered to check us in directly. It was amazing and this made our whole experience wonderful. The room was very clean, bathroom was big, bed was so soft and fluffy. We could also easily cast from the phone to the TV. The location was perfect. It was very central and right around a lot of bars and restaurants, but you couldn’t hear anything from outside if you were in the room. Overall we really loved the Resident. And we are definitely coming back!"
