He also wanted me to pay extra for the electricity after I had stayed there for 2 nights ,not in the contract with Hotels.com
I did not agreed with this and did not pay.â

âThis hotel is located right in the heart of Punta Cana. Everything is within walking distance. We enjoyed local Dominican food just a block away. The room was fresh and tidy with a big window overlooking palm trees. I highly recommend it.â
âThe host couple has given us excellent service and helped with booking taxis and tours. better or more personal service would probably be hard to get anywhere else, live music on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday very nice atmosphere with food and drinks. For those who travel a little more spatically, we strongly recommend this accommodation.â
âPositives: The property was beautiful, staff were always available if something was needed and were very helpful in coordinating airport pickup and dropoff. The pool was perfect for young kids as there was a shallow pool, as well as a deep area for adults. Bedrooms and living quarters were tastefully furnished, and made us feel at home during our stay.
Negatives: We did have a 8 hours period were there was no running water, and alerted the staff, would mentioned it was due to a repair they...
