Let's start with the good, Dana our Expedia Ambassador concierge was amazing! Friendly, checked with us daily to see if there was anything we needed, a nice bonus I wasn't aware of prior to check in.
The staff at all levels were lovely
The rooms were nice, spacious and clean.
The resort itself was nicely laid out with the adults scene away from the hustle and bustle of the family scene, however, the lack of entertainment in the evening, in the adult scene, was disappointing. The only evening entertainment was located on the family side.
The pools were clean, however finding a lounge chair was before 7am when the pool opened was challenging on most of the days I stayed. Disappointed to find out that the hot tub was closed at 7pm, this added to the frustration of no entertainment on the adult scene.
The lazy river was fun, however if your an adult, be prepared to be told you can't go down the slide, but then watch another adult slide on down. Disappointing and added to the already exiting frustration.
The A La Carte meals were delicious!
The buffet had limited hours, could be a bit more considerate of the time gaps between lunch and when A La Carte time slots. There was no self serve drink stations available, you had to wait at the bar for any kind of drink, unless you hike it to Guys Burger Joint. No coffee stations available / open prior to 6am. No coffee station on the adult Scene.
Overall, I would not come back to this resort, it didn't not meet my expectations
