This property is a gem! 700 feet of private beach with no nearby public parking, you will love this spot in heaven! Live like a local here in this residential neighborhood that is quiet so great for your sleeping and comfort. Rent a bike, which can be delivered, and ride down Ridgewood. Walk to Jetty Park for a launch, or just watch it from our beautiful beach. Close to the port, and nightlife you will love it here. This unit's occupancy is 4 including children and infants.

You will love this neighborhood! With no nearby public parking, you will live like a local in your home away from home beach unit. Quiet at night, but is a bit less than a mile from the activities at the Port. So, just head out to the port for a great seafood meal, live music, the casino boat, fishing charters, and parasailing. Sleep at night when you return in this quiet paradise!

This unit is on the first floor. And, you have plenty of space. And, it is first floor, so you walk from your car straight into the unit for easy access.

This unit has a private patio that is for you only. It is steps to the pool and the boardwalk. You will love this property and this unit! This floor plan boasts lots of space, including an atrium room. Light and bright, and on the first floor, this unit is a popular floor plan!

We recommend rental cars for this location since there are no businesses on the beach immediately near. You can walk to the pier, or Jetty Park. But, other than that you will need transportation. We do have Uber in the area. And, bicycles can be rented and will be dropped off for you. But, with our great restaurants and attractions in the area, you most likely will want your own transportation so you can explore!

Our kitchen is well equipped. You can shop at Publix, Aldi, or Walmart and get yourself settled in. We start you off with shampoo, conditioner, and paper products. If you run out you will need to grab more since we are a condo and not a hotel.

Working is a breeze with our updated WiFi. We will provide you with the access information along with your check in info.

You must be 26 years or older to rent this unit. You will be required to provide a copy of your valid driver's license and sign a contract.
