When you walk into Casa Koi, you enter an open living room with a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The adjoining dining room is perfect for eating in and the chef's kitchen has what you need to cook a nice meal. Open the French doors in the kitchen for the ultimate in indoor-outdoor living with the large brick patio, outdoor sofa and chairs and a relaxing fountain.

Each bedroom comes with stylish furnishings, a top-quality mattress and great linens.

Casa Koi has you covered with beach gear and a beach wagon to carry the supplies for your short walk to the beach! We will also provide you with recommendations for hikes or e-bike rides to see the area.
Complimentary high-speed Wi Fi averaging over 200 Mbps download and 12 Mbps upload. We've included a desk in the primary bedroom in case you need to work.

Guest access
Access to Casa Koi is made simple with a digital door lock. Each guest is given their own code to access the condo during their stay which is deleted upon their departure to maintain the security of the condo.

For parking guests have access to one designated covered parking spot for the condo. Additional free street parking is found adjacent to the condo.

This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours are 10PM to 10AM. No parties are allowed. No Pets. No smoking or vaping on property.
