Beachside condo #A with 2bd /2 bath

This unit (2bd/2bath, 5 guests, 3 beds) is on the ground floor with beautiful ocean view. Located just steps away from the Carlsbad State Beach. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset views from your room. Just minutes away from most things such as restaurant, Bar, cafe shop, convenience store etc.
If there is anything you'd like to have while you're here, don't hesitate to request is in advance! We try to be as accommodating as possible.
Recently renovated and remodeled with modern decorating and furnishing. Two comfortable bedrooms feature King/queen beds. With a two-seat sofa which can be pullout into a bed. In addition to two full baths, the property features refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, television, AC, heating, celling fan. Two barbecue grills on the front yard is shared with other guests (total 4 units in the building). Our fill kitchen includes basic cookware, utensils, and dishes. Guests can use the washer and dryer inside the unit or the community machines in the laundry room. We are a Non-Smoking Property. There is no smoking inside or outside on our property. Including the balconies.
Once you make your reservation you will receive a text message with a digital door code before your check in date.
You will have the entire unit and a storage room in car port to yourself.
We will have a garage area where you can park one car free of charge.
There is also some free street parking available for your extra cars.

This was our first time at this condo in Carlsbad, and we won’t stay anywhere else from now on! There was plenty of space for our family of 4, including a 12yo and 14yo. One slept in the 2nd bedroom and one slept on the sleeper sofa (which was actually comfortable). You cannot beat this location! It is directly across the street from the boardwalk and stairs to the beach. The crosswalk is literally just outside the front porch. Unit A includes a lovely front patio with picnic tables to have dinner, people/dog watch, and watch the sunset. Easy walk to Better Buzz Coffee, Cafe Elysa, and the village. Entry to the condo was easy and well explained. The condo itself is clean, modern, and well equipped. Jason was very communicative and a pleasure to interact with. This was a 3 day slice of Heaven, and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Jason!

Great property, exactly as pictured and described in listing. Right across from the beach, with crossing right outside the property leading to steps down to the beach. Short walk, approx. 10-15 mins. to downtown Carlsbad with an abundance of fabulous bars and restaurants. All instructions from the owner were very clear and appropriate. Would definitely stay again.

Location location... this home was literally across the street from the beach. So if you really just want to dump your stuff at the house and run to the ocean this is ideal for that. But when you open all the windows and doors you get all the road noise accompanied with a very very busy Street and a ton of people walking by so it's very noisy you need to close all the windows so you can hear the TV. TV doesn't work most the time as the internet service is really bad so if you like watching TV be prepared to sit and watch the swirly loading button on the TV more often than not. There is no covering over the window on the door so people can look right in. They do provide coffee pods. It does say they provide sugar but they don't provide any real natural sugar only sweeteners. The ice maker worked great that was wonderful. The main bathroom sink gets clogged very quickly and the main bathroom shower never ever got hot. master bedroom is weird they have a dresser that blocks one whole side of the closet so you basically either have to lean around it or use the other two doors to get into the closet. When we first got there the bathroom light wouldn't work in the main bathroom at all we had to wait till the next day to get someone in so that the light would come on. It just wouldn't work at all prior to that. Owner did not provide a phone number or text message to reach him ...only avail Through vrbo app....not ideal for issues. Has a smell to condo. Cell service limited.

Memorial Day Weekend

The property was just as described. The beach is literally right across the street! We loved having access to the two picnic tables outside where we enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean while having our meals. Just in case you need the pull out couch, the mattress is stained which is not great, but we made do. It was really nice that there was beach gear (chairs, boards, buckets) at the property and a water hose outside for the beach sand. Be prepared for noise during the day. The street is busy with vehicle traffic and pedestrians. It definitely dies down in the evening and it didn’t affect us. We really enjoyed how close it was to everything in the area and hope to stay there again.

Amazing Location

Perfect beach house! Great location to the beach and to walk to all the restaurants and shops off Carlsbad. Pull out sofa bed was very big and comfy for our younger son. Nice to have 2 bathrooms.

Great Location

The best location in Carlsbad in my opinion. Way from the busiest part of the beach. More family friendly. Still within walking distance of downtown. MAJOR plus, Parking! You have you own parking space.

Ideal location and facility

This was an ideal location for a family get-together. The location could not have been more idea. Imagine watching the sun sink into the ocean every evening. The host was communicative and very helpful. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Great Location and unit

We have stayed at a number of different places in Carlsbad and this is a prime location. Right on Carlsbad Blvd close to The Village. Walking distance to everywhere, right in front of a crosswalk and stairs down to the beach!

Amazing views!

This place was amazing and Jason made the process so easy. We were able to enjoy the beach anytime we wanted and it was a quick 10 min ride to Legoland! Only a 5 min walk to food and bars. We had a great time!

We stayed in condo #A. It was amazing! The views were amazing! The condo was excellent, clean and inviting. We rated this 5 stars for overall quality and the fact that everything was close by as well as the beach view. We would definitely stay again.

great location but....

this is in a great location and the place is fine, its just not been kept up well, I can't believe all the dirt and stains the pillows are all stained, even the curtains are stained in places, the couch had crumbs all over it, there was some brown substance on the tile we had to scrape and clean off, ants in the 2nd bathroom. The sheets had hoels in them. The owner sent cleaners out to clean again, but we didn't notice a difference.

Best location ever!

This is our third stay at this property. The location cannot be beat! The beach house is directly across PCH from the ocean with a pedestrian light at the corner and beach stairs on the ocean side. Carlsbad Village is an easy walk, with shopping, restaurants, train to San Diego. The property is well-kept and comfortable, with all the amenities needed. California beach vacation at its best!
