“Our experience at this property was great, except for the hot tub not working, which was a significant letdown for me. However, interacting with Oriana was a highlight. She responded quickly, faster than any other host I've dealt with previously. I want to commend Oriana for her efforts in trying to resolve the hot tub issue.
