Despite making a big deal about cookies in the lobby, both the name of the Insta profile and the big logo on the shuttle van, there were no cookies during our stay. Disappointing when then build up the expectations for then.

Things were great but I couldn’t understand why not giving us access to the room until 5pm and the very unhelpful answers if we could extend our check out time by 1 hour. We didn’t use the kitchen equipment.
