“The quality of everything was excellent. This hotel deserves its 4 stars. The customer service was first class, their knowledge and expertise, with food and drinks are visible in every detail. The decor is warm and welcoming, the wood burner was constantly tended makings the lounge areas cozy and warm. There is a welcoming atmosphere and I highly recommend.”

“Trevligt hotell med fin utsikt mot floden. Sköna sängar och rymligt rum. Trevlig personal och helt ok frukost.
Hotellet hade bra läge precis mittemot stationen varifrån det också gick bussar till t.ex. Grassington och Malham.
Det enda negativa var att hissen var ur funktion samt att det var bröllop ena kvällen och då var det mycket högljutt fram till midnatt.”

“We just stay one night on a business trip. Rooms were nothing special and with no air condition it was a little bit difficult to sleep this warm night.

"The hotel was ok, nothing special, upon arriving, it had a sports bar downstairs, very loud and messy, lots of alcohol and heavy drinking. It was self checkin and everyone who was checking in had issues so someone had to come and help. For a 4 star at this price, it should not be self checkin. I had an issue with the room and they changed me immediately but the walls at this hotel very thin, you could hear everything from the room next door. Gym and pool was not included it was an extra price, once again when you pay 1700 SEK a night, these should be included. Breakfast was average."
