⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. 🏡 Shared Property
There is a main house on the property that is rented out separately, which has its own driveway and backyard. The hot tub is shared with the main unit on a first-come, first-serve or sharing basis.

Don't worry about your stay being canceled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are fully permitted with the city.
