“Very Disappointing Stay

We booked partly because previous guests described the beds as very comfortable. Instead, the mattresses were old, saggy, springy, and creaky, causing back discomfort and poor sleep. The pull-out sofa was more comfortable.
Six people stayed in the unit above us, and poor sound insulation made their footsteps, movement, and chair-dragging clearly audible. The constant noise compounded the problem of the...

“The owners did not have a very good cleaner in. There were 2 used towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The previous renters, used glasses and instead of washing them. They put them back in the cupboard. Cleaners need to check these things.
There was easy access to the underground parking and great that there were plenty of spots, as work being done on other units took up much of the street parking.
Bed was very comfortable, and shower had plenty of preassure.
The restaurant we...
