“Beautiful location, lovely hosts. A few details fell short. There was a mold problem in the master suite which needs addressed. Some plumbing fixtures were missing in the second bathroom. The decking outside needed attention (rotten in places) and the undercarriage of the car was damaged to the point of needing a mechanic using the lane where the parking is accessed. There are not enough hand rails for the stairs. The laundry has no dryer and everything takes forever to dry. Take toilet...

“Best about the accomodation is being on top of the hill overlooking the sea. Comfortable for a group of 4 persons. Nice hot shower, spacious twin bedroom with bath, cozy place to rest at the end of the day after Eden project and St Ives. Malcolm and Linda were reached able via mobile and email. We didn't have a car but the flat is near St Austell train station, it’s about 25 mins walk. There are buses.But Taxi difficult to book, long waiting time.”

“The property was spotlessly clean. While it is on the smaller side, it is perfectly formed and packed with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Rob and Esme were wonderful hosts and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.The highlight of the property has to be the balcony; the views of the sea and the picturesque village of Mousehole were simply lovely. “The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. The room itself has two bathrooms and the ensuite had a very foul smell when we first entered and the second bathroom had a damp odour to it. The ensuite smell went away after the first night, but the second bathroom smells got worse over time as the ventilator was not working which we mentioned to the property...
