“The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. “Stayed here for 3 nights with my elderly Mum for a local wedding. Accommodation was excellent- very clean, no issues with anything. We struggled to find it, but got there in the end and it is easy to access find when you know! Some minor issues with communication via Vrbo app (it wasn’t notifying host of new messages), but host responded quickly following a voicemail. ”

“Lots of storage space in the bedrooms (hanging and shelves) Everything you could need was there in the kitchen. It was just lovely!The only issue we had was that the property was half way up the valley, so there was a very steep walk up to the village, and a very steep walk down to the cove.Otherwise - marvellous!”

“Think twice before booking. We booked 2 nights in a caravan. On arrival we were not fully happy with the caravan condition and cleanliness so came back home to Devon the same day. We sent the owner a message to explain and let them know we had gone home as the caravan would now be empty. Since then we have been accused of staying 1 night in a different caravan. Not sure how this was possible. We did not know they had other caravans amongst the 100 on the site or any access codes.”

“While the outside scenery of the property was beautiful the host was not helpful at all. In addition, I was asked to pay a security deposit amount prior to my visit, which I happily paid. But she kept it unfairly because she said she found a stain in the duvet! I am not sure what stain requires £50 to be washed. Even a new duvet cover doesn’t require £50! Also it’s extremely difficult to get transportation if you don’t have your own. We didn’t have our own transportation and had immense...
