The provided high chair and pack-n-play also worked very well for us. We loved being so close to San Diego's many attractions; it was easy to drive anywhere from this relatively central location. Parking is challenging in the evening, but not horrible. Friends were able to find parking a couple blocks away. Lots of shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Everything is as pictured.
