"This place is a dump! The room smelled like cigarettes, curtains were ripped and wouldn’t close all the way. TV wouldn’t work without having staff come enter a password, then he still couldn’t get channels and had to have another person come fix it. Furniture was broken, so called Continental breakfast ..."
