“This is a beautiful, family-friendly resort with plenty to offer for groups and families. We visited with a large group, and for the most part, the resort did a great job accommodating our dinner reservations, which we truly appreciated. However, the service was inconsistent. While some staff members were pleasant, others were not particularly friendly or helpful. Room service was also slower than advertised—although we were told it would take about 45 minutes, our orders often took an hour or...

“The stand out was the food, would go back for it. A lot of variety everyday. The staff were helpful but not all of them. Cleanliness was ok. The building though was a bit old including the rooms. Some mold on the shower areas but eh as expected.”

“A really great stay for our family of 4. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The beach is very calm, no waves really. The sister resort has larger waves. Pool was nice. We enjoyed visiting Isla Mujeres, the ferry was within walking distance. Reserve a golf cart ahead of time. We used Thomas Moore travel for airport transfer, they were great.”

“Bra hotell med bra läge i zona hotelera, nära till underhållning, disco, andra restauranger mm. Hotellet har också egen underhållning. God mat och goda drinkar på all inclusive. Jättefint poolområde och strand. Personalen ger fin service. Var perfekt ställe för att fira min födelsedag.”
