“Place was very clean, staff we lovely. Lots of food options and snacks. We were pleasantly surprised to get upgraded to star class which allowed us an additional pool and restaurants. We had our favourite bar tender Louie (his name tag was MIA so not sure it in spelling it correctly) who worked in the premiere bar & lounge, he was so funny and always remembered our drink orders! We had a swim out in our room and it was worth the upgrade, so nice and refreshing! We will be back again for sure!”

"No information about the hotel when we checked in. The room was in bad shape with some broken furnitures. Especially the bathroom needs an upgrade. The restaurants was always full with a waiting list on 1-1,5 hour and it was also not possible to make a reservation. No Carrousel bar by the water park and according to the staff it has been closed for 5 months. Also nothing to drink by the waterpark which is not good for an all inclusive hotel. We will unfortunately not choose Seadust if we go back to Cancun. "
