âI liked that there were shops nearby and how walkable ithe location was. Our room was spacious. We had two queen beds and a kitchenette with ample storage, Tv, iron. Very spacious and attractive.I loved the fresh, white towels and bedding. If i were to suggest improvements it would be to remove or change carpeting, countertops and reglaze or change bathtub/ shower. For the exterior, I found the walkways, steps heavily soiled from foot traffic and in need of a good powerwash. It rained...
âThe property is very small the patio in the back is bigger than the whole house. The deck out back was full of poop all over the deck and the the deck furniture. The PMI management company insilted my integrity by accusing me of taking towels that were never in the house when we arrived. Stay away its not worth the money.â
âEtt jĂ€ttebra hotell. LĂ€genheten Ă€r perfekt, med fint kök och badrum. Sköna sĂ€ngar. Nackdelen var att köket var dĂ„ligt utrustat för att laga mat. Sakandes skĂ€rbrĂ€da, kniv och liknande. Bra lĂ€ge.
Minus att poolen var stÀngd för renovering utan att det meddelats i förvÀg eller vid incheckning. Vi bokade just detta hotellet dÄ vi ville ha pool.

âThis is a great hotel if you are looking to stay conveniently within the Wynwood/Design District of Miami. It is also very easy to connect to Miami Beach from this location. Shout out to the hotel staff - Pedro and Aisha at the front desk were amazing! â
âI cannot recommend this hotel as it simply lacks the basic understanding of service. Why you might ask?
In our booking we had the right to:

We also managed to get a room with a broken refrigerator that was making a high noise all of the night leading to a really bad night of sleep, until unplugged by us.

"Hade en perfekt vistelse hÀr natten innan vi flög hem. Trevligt med snacks och drinkar i baren pÄ kvÀllen. Fint poolomrÄde. Stora rum. Smidigt med shuttle till flygplatsen. Minus att det var dÄligt tryck i toaletterna. "
"The hotel needs a renovation, the view from our room was fantastic, but the hotel is a bit run down. The pool area was really nice and all in all it was. The location is a bit too far away from the central parts of Miami. It take 40 min by Uber to downtown Miami. Itâs a nice neighbourhood and easy to walk along the beach.
All in all it was ok but not spectacular "
