“My son and I had a great stay here. It is in a quiet neighborhood with panaromic views.Its great for active families as it is in close proximity to Red Rocks. Its also great for a staycation.Very comfortable and very clean.They had a collection of toys and books for young children and it was great.”

“The neighborhood is a very quiet suburban one. Definitely no parties and such when we were there, even on the weekend.The hosts live right above, but you would never know, since they are not intrusive at all, matter of fact we never saw them or their family the entire time. Except for the vehicles on the driveway, you would think you are alone there. No lists of "don't do this" or "do this". The place itself is a bedroom, a bathroom and a foyer that doubles as the kitchenette with the microwave,...

“The home was perfect and cozy! Hosts were excellent and attentive without being overbearing. There’s a small fridge and freezer with all the appliances you could need for a quick vacation. The location is amazing as well - only 10-20 from the city and easy access to head north towards Boulder/Westminster as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!”

“Second visit to area and to this VRBO. Just a great as first time. Small apartment with just essentials but clean, quiet with discreet private entrance and easy parking. Perfect for exploring area and having a nice shower and comfortable bed to return home to. Thank you!”

“We chose this property because of its close proximity to Denver University and Pearl Street. DU is just a 5 minute drive and Pearl Street is a two block walk. We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is. We had a complication on check-in but Listy was immediately in touch with us and the contractor to ensure it was resolved by the time we had dinner. I would recommend this property for active adults.”

They’ve thought of everything, including having nice little extras that are often forgotten while traveling. The local recommendations were great. We had an issue with the garage door opener and Simon attempted to fix it right away, which was so appreciated! He communicated what was happening right away too. ”

“My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges. These are nice mattresses. Just watch out for the bed frame in the first bedroom. I stubbed my shins on it more...
