“Summit Villa BnB is one of my favorite places to stay. Calm, quiet, open plain space with views of the sunset over the mountains from the hot tub. Beautiful home. Welcoming, friendly community. And Ken, the owner, went out of his way to help me in a medical emergency.”

“Great room and it all worked well. It was a bit unusual not to have a personal check in, but they had a good solution for it. The joint bathroom was good, although it felt like there were many rooms to that one bathroom. The stairs up was a challenge with suitcases and a poor back. The room itself was lovely and beautifully arranged. Loved it!”

“NOT A HOTEL - Fraud!!!! The pictures do not even match. He has fake pictures of a hotel fountain, lobby, airport views, restaurant, neon signs, train station, stocked fridge, gourmet food— none of this exists, it is a residential house in an uncomfortable neighborhood. The guy didn’t answer his phone for my 3pm checkin so I went elsewhere, then he ignored Expedia and declined a refund. I’m reporting him to the state bureau of investigations for fraud.”

“Every now and then you find a rental at the intersection of charming and perfect. This was one of those situations. I've travelled a lot and this was a unique property. Plenty of useful cookware and supplies, a well-appointed bathroom, and delightful bonus movie room. This was also the first time that I've ever seen chilled beer mugs in a freezer ready to go. “Cozy little place for two and their two pets. The amenities were sufficient to get us through two days. Would recommend to anyone on a short stay. Really neat experience and love the history behind the caboose!”

“Awesome hosts and awesome place; walkable to everything we needed. The Botanical Garden tickets were an unexpected treat and a must do. Kitchen was well stocked and apartment was quiet. Highly recommended!”
