“Excellent location, clean and comfortable property, helpful and knowledgeable Staff, quiet location considering Highway 70 was very close by. Simple, newer decor, which was OK with me, not a "luxury" property, but very comfortable! I would stay here again.”

“Great room and it all worked well. It was a bit unusual not to have a personal check in, but they had a good solution for it. The joint bathroom was good, although it felt like there were many rooms to that one bathroom. The stairs up was a challenge with suitcases and a poor back. The room itself was lovely and beautifully arranged. Loved it!”

“The name “Little Beaver Inn” is in our opinion, misleading. It is actually a simple motel room, not an inn. You can use the kitchen and living room in the nearby Lodge (same owners). That property is FAR superior to the “Inn”, yet only costs about $15/night more. With taxes, the $190/night felt quite overpriced for the small hotel room. The quality of materials and construction are nice, particularly the bathroom. However, it is a big stretch to consider this an Inn. Had we known it...

“The room was cool, as in temperature and clean, both appreciated after a long hot drive there. The back patio was nice to sit at and beautiful scenery. A big plus was the in room ice machine.”

“This place was sooo relaxing — like an old fashioned family vacation place. There’s plenty of room, comfortable king-sized bed in a separate bedroom. Main room has multiple reclining chairs, games, books, video cassettes, and a view of a bubbling creek out the window. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the owners brought us fresh milk to go with the coffee (Starbucks.) “This little one bedroom was perfect for my vacation up in Colorado. I was in town for a family wedding and just needed a place for myself for the weekend and it was perfect. Communication was easy. There’s nothing that was missing from the unit that I could think of. Just an all-around perfect little spot. Also great location right in between the school and old town. Both are walkable. ”
