“Great room and it all worked well. It was a bit unusual not to have a personal check in, but they had a good solution for it. The joint bathroom was good, although it felt like there were many rooms to that one bathroom. The stairs up was a challenge with suitcases and a poor back. The room itself was lovely and beautifully arranged. Loved it!”

“NOT A HOTEL - Fraud!!!! The pictures do not even match. He has fake pictures of a hotel fountain, lobby, airport views, restaurant, neon signs, train station, stocked fridge, gourmet food— none of this exists, it is a residential house in an uncomfortable neighborhood. The guy didn’t answer his phone for my 3pm checkin so I went elsewhere, then he ignored Expedia and declined a refund. I’m reporting him to the state bureau of investigations for fraud.”

“Every now and then you find a rental at the intersection of charming and perfect. This was one of those situations. I've travelled a lot and this was a unique property. Plenty of useful cookware and supplies, a well-appointed bathroom, and delightful bonus movie room. This was also the first time that I've ever seen chilled beer mugs in a freezer ready to go. “Shari’s property was so lovely. Off the bat, communication with Shari was excellent. She even accommodated our early check in request. The Grandview Mesa was spotless, well stocked with pillows/blankets, coffee, water, bathroom products and much more. The view- so stunning. Parking a breeze. And so close to all of the wonderful Manitou Spring offerings. Whether you want a place to just rest your head, or to cozy up for a few days, Grandview Mesa is the spot. And my god was that bed comfortable. ”
