“This boutique motel is the perfect place to plan your visit to Palisade around. The hosts are great. The rooms are fresh and spotless. The backside of the property gives you great views and added space to sit out and enjoy a coffee in the morning or an end of day beverage. There’s nothing I would change. This was my second stay here and it will not be my last.”

“Great room and it all worked well. It was a bit unusual not to have a personal check in, but they had a good solution for it. The joint bathroom was good, although it felt like there were many rooms to that one bathroom. The stairs up was a challenge with suitcases and a poor back. The room itself was lovely and beautifully arranged. Loved it!”

“For a roadside motel this was above average, but not worthy of the rave reviews that brought me to stay here. It appears to be more of a bicyclists overnight stop. There is no early check-in unless you count the 30 minutes if you register yourself online. Staff arrived promptly at 3:30. For unknown reasons we were given a room with a swivel-in seat in the bathtub (like the one my 93 year old mother uses.) I took it out and used it as a luggage rack. The bathroom had one very small shelf above...

“The name “Little Beaver Inn” is in our opinion, misleading. It is actually a simple motel room, not an inn. You can use the kitchen and living room in the nearby Lodge (same owners). That property is FAR superior to the “Inn”, yet only costs about $15/night more. With taxes, the $190/night felt quite overpriced for the small hotel room. The quality of materials and construction are nice, particularly the bathroom. However, it is a big stretch to consider this an Inn. Had we known it...

“My wife loved the B&B, it's so cute. It's right next to the local restaurant and bar, and was quiet. If we were to travel in that area again we would stay there. Parking is right next to your door, +++++”

“The apt is exactly as advertised. Large kitchen, plenty of supplies, spices, coffee. We cooked a couple nights. The neighborhood is safe, w/several good restaurants you could walk to.The host couple was very accommodating and friendly. We didn't socialize much; spent 8 days with Jewish National Health. They gave us Botanical Garden tickets & we're very responsive.”
