“The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella...

However, the transportation within the resort was difficult, especially with a stroller, to get on and off the golf carts used to move you around the resort. Also, at some of the bars or food areas, the workers seemed to be annoyed and had an attitude. They would not give you what you asked for the first time and had to ask them again and again.
