“The property fit our needs for our large staff group. The view from the top of the hill is stunning. Good communications with the host. The house is quite dated and could use some attention. Large cracks in surface of upstairs entry area, signs not to go onto the upper balcony, overgrown plant in living room. Dining room chair pads need to be replaced.Showering was a challenge - little to no hot water. Too many "rules" - e.g. no food in the media room where people would normally eat snacks, yet...

“I really enjoyed our stay! Lovely view, great communication from the hosts, clean space, lots of kitchen amenities. The only downside is what you are getting is ambiguous. The listing shows you have access to laundry, but you do not. Also, you share the deck with the main house, which means you are at the mercy of whoever is staying there. Luckily the folks staying there were very respectful and didn’t invade our privacy. The section of the deck you get is right in front of the sliding doors....

“I really enjoyed my week stay at Patricia's Historic Home in Chemanius, a long block walk to their beach area. Very clean and tidy, Warm and Cozy. Check in was very easy, with coming and going to the House, soon came to feel like I belonged there. It had all the amenities required; to make it feel like home.The Host was very accommodating and Helpful. This is a keeper for the Next time in this Beautiful Area.”
