“It's not always that an experience lives up to your hype and expectations, but this place absolutely does! The cabin is well-equipped and cozy, just like you'd want in the middle of the woods. The deck was a great place for our family to enjoy meals, roast marshmallows, and watch hummingbirds (so many hummingbirds!). A short walk takes you to a patio by the creek, or into the woods, or up into the hills (this turns into a not-so-short, punishingly steep hike).But it's really the treehouse that...

“Loved the Black Hawk Cabin. Perfect for my wife and I to get some much needed 'chillin' down time'. Black Hawk (city) held no interest or inducements...yet the cabin was perfect for Nederland, Georgetown, Idaho Springs, and leisurely mountain drives!”

“The glamping tent was a expected, decorated great with good ammenities. Unexpected incredible birding. Was a bit surprised with the portable toilet in the bath house, close proximity to other glamping tent & campers, and sharing the bath house with up to 6 people since this was not in the listing. The hosts were great! I would stay here again - especially for a concert.”

“We're a family of 3 and this was perfect for us. A great place to base from to visit the Red Rocks, Golden and day trips to the mountains! We love how you can walk to the downtown area of Golden, that was a huge plus! ”

“Came for a red rocks concert. Great place to stay. The pictures are accurate. Older but clean and comfortable. We had fun reminiscing about some of the old appliances and dishes from our grandma’s house growing up. Highlight was the blue heron rookery across the way. Loved watching the birds from the dining room. Binoculars included! Close to Denver but feels secluded and off the beaten path. ”

“This house and the experience was fantastic! Reserving the house was so easy, communication was quick, getting there and in at 10 p.m. was without ANY issues and the location was just perfect! It is in a nice little neighborhood. You don't even realize you are so close to all the traffic and Colorado Mills Mall. The house was so clean, had plenty of space and felt like home. The hot tub was a huge hit at the end of some super long days. We have no regrets with this house or location!”

“I’m very satisfied with this stay overall. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for the activities we had planned for a long weekend (concert at Red Rocks, Denver Zoo and Rocky Mountains). The host was wonderful with communication. Only downside was that the pool was unavailable. I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Denver.”
