“The staff was so kind and made check - in easy. Pictures were like the website. The room had lots of space because we booked a suite. Unfortunately the room was not very clean. There were stains on the walls. The things in the cabinets were left over by other guest. The pots and pans were not clean. There was a bar of dove soap above the shower glass. Clearly missed during cleaning.
There was also a smoke smell in the hotel randomly when we’d come back from being out. The absolute worst thing...

“The check in and out was very simple. The hotel is clean and the room. It's self check in so make sure you get your access code via your email or check the Expedia message center for updated info. Parking is available on the street. There's stores and restaurants not too far in the area so you should be ok unless you want a specific restaurant then you will have to go a little further in long island city. ”

“Room was excellent and cozy for the both of us. Host was helpful. Provided the necessary instructions for entering the property. It was 2 min away from the Subway Station. Easy access to manhattan via the A train. Stop and shop was close by as we prefer to cook ourselves. Host provided us with a stove, rice cooker and air fryer. Would definitely love to stay again. ”

“The apartment was clean, cute, and comfortable. It’s a basement unit with a small kitchen, but a spacious living and dining area. The queen-size bed was comfortable, there was good closet space, and having two bathrooms with great showers was a big plus. We felt safe, and the location was ideal—very close to Greenpoint, where we were visiting family daily, which made it perfect for our stay. Subway access is nearby, and while there is an overhead train you can hear at first, we quickly got used...

“We needed a place that was convenient to commute to see family in Manhattan, and this fit the bill. However, we had some trouble with the door lock, and the floor had to be wiped down by us before we could walk around in sock feet or barefoot. The neighborhood is generally safe, but there tended to be someone loitering near the doorway each night. The bed is comfortable, and the shower was clean and adequate.”
