“Clean, comfortable room. Good room cleaning. Very good breakfast. Perfect close distance to both Airtrain station and N.Y subway.”

“Todo bien”

“First time in NY & very impressed with the hotel. Nice being close to airport/ shuttle service. We live about same distance from SFO & always hear the planes but didn’t & Voco. There is a club on the property so did hear a little noise from the on Friday night but not too bad. We even walked to the Target shopping center in Thur eve (about 10 min away) & felt safe enough. Cons were: room had no microwave & wish shower faucets were better situated. Interior of the lobby & halls were nice & the...

“Hotellet var rent och fräsch. Trevlig och serviceminded personal. Området var dock under all kritik.

“Easy to book, very friendly personal. Everything was clean and neat. 6 min walk to nice restaurant with breakfast and lunch. Buses close that take you to train and Manhattan. I will recommend it! ”

“Good”

“A clean room, a great view, and excellent service – that's exactly what I wanted and that's what I got The area lacks services like bars and nightlife venues, but the view is beautiful”

“The property was quite a surprise, because the area can read a little rough, and the lobby was under construction, I did not expect anything nice when I went up to the room. The room was beautiful and appointed in a very lovely way. Bed was super comfortable. All of the toiletries were top-notch. The restaurant on the rooftop, served excellent tacos on Tuesday. I was so pleasantly surprised.”

“Nergånget och smutsigt hotell.”

“I've written my comments before on my experience and what I've eye witnessed - clumps of hair and grime all over the bathroom walls and bathtub, slimy oily floors, scratch groove marks all over the vinyl floor (could not walk bare feet), tiny pillows, not very helpful and slow reservation process and obtaining the door access codes, etc.). It was extremely disappointing. As a result, I left the hotel room without staying over night. I would not go back here again.”

Personalen var trevlig, snabb & smidig in & utcheckning. ”
