“We stayed at the Lone Star Inn in Dickinson for a couple of days as a stop during our family vacation this summer, and I was honestly impressed. I was a bit hesitant at first since it’s not a big chain hotel, especially while traveling with kids—but as soon as we walked into our rooms, my concerns disappeared. We booked two rooms, and both were very clean, including the bathrooms. The rooms had all the basics we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s a no-frills place, but everything was well...

“Great house! Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, balconies and patios. The view is wonderful, we had quiet neighbors during our visit. The kitchen is stocked with normal amenities plus there were plenty of spices on hand which made cooking in much easier than a kitchen without them. :-) Good view of some islands in the distance, we saw some dolphins in the bay, plenty of birds and a storm roll through. we would definitely stay here again.Thanks for everything!”

“The property was as nice as the pictures show and then some! The owner made sure we felt as home, even baking us chocolate chip cookies upon our arrival and lending us fishing equipment. She has lived in the area for years and provided us with great restaurant recommendations and the best routes to get to get to local attractions. We will definitely go back! ”

“We were here for 3 nights for the 4th of July weekend. My son was on the dock fishing most of the time and caught many. We enjoyed the hot tub and amenities of the home. I LOVE a hot shower and this place had that lol the hot tub was super nice too! The gas station is a block away had tons of food items like a small grocery store so that was nice. They also had a vending machine for frozen bait. The host recommended a jet ski company and they rode the jet skis to the property so we were able to...

“We just spent a week at this beautiful home in San Leon, TX with family. Gorgeous space, spacious living room with gas fireplace to relax and wind down in. The heated pool was incredible and had various spaces in it from shallow water with an umbrella for some shade, bench seating, a hot tub, and larger swimming area up to 4.5’ deep. Caught sting ray off the dock and saw dolphins. Thank you for hosting us! Sam was so helpful and accommodating and really went the extra mile! Would love to come...
