“The location was handy. We did Universal, Kennedy Space center and an airboat tour. Check in very smooth. It exceeded our expectations. They truly thought of everything. Very welcoming with extra little touches that made you feel at home. 5 stars is not enough. We give it 10!”

“Only hiccup was we ran out of propane on day 2 for the grill. I emailed the contact but never heard from them nor did we get a new tank. Just a little inconvenience as we planned to use it. ”

The spa was not heated and we had chosen this property as pool heat was included as an amenity, in contacting the host their replies we often could not understand and towards the end of our stay they stopped communicating altogether. “From booking to check out, the owner and house did not disappoint. The house is pure perfection and fit our cheer team amazingly. The house is clean, upgraded, beds are super comfortable and comes with meticulous notes for the house in their book. Some basic supplies were given, which is always a plus. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future! Close to stores when you happen to need something. ”

“Host after booking was almost non communitive. Pool was not heated until 24 hours befire depature. Waahung machine flooded, maintenance would not assist. Owner offered refund of one night and pool fee, filed claim and kept monies, never received the refund. Our last nigh TV was spent trying to mitate damages from occuring to thd rental. Owner pre booking was very communative, during stay and afterwards was almost non existent. There is no garden at the property and heater takes days to work. The...
