“Communication was excellent. We were disappointed with the lack of basic items ie: hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel. Since we stayed for four nights I had to buy these items. The frying pans were very warn, very hard to use. We had to wash all of the towels in the house because they smelled like mildew (they probably weren’t dried completely before putting up). “This house was a great choice for us. There was plenty of room and the heated pool was a nice touch. The owners were very responsive any time we had questions. Having the house just steps from the club house was great. I was a little concerned that it would be loud from the crowd but you couldn't even hear them. The house had everything that you could need. It's a great location. Highly recommend”

“We were 11 persons, 7 adults and 4 kids 2-10 years old in the villa for 2 weeks 18 of February to 5 of March. The villa is located in a gated community, Emerald island, a peaceful and quiert neghborhood. Close to Disney, restaurants, super markets and whatever needed. Parking space for 2 large cars. “Great house! Lots of space and pool is fab (heater worked almost too well). Would definitely stay again. Note: you will definitely need a car though. Not a lot in the surrounding neighborhood”

“We had a wonderful time staying at this townhouse. The location and views are great, including nightly fireworks you can watch from the master bedroom. It was quiet, clean and priced much less than the exact same townhomes from other hosts. Speaking of hosts, they are very responsive, kind and helpful. Our plans changed a number of times and every time I messaged them they were quick to respond and very understanding. We will definitely stay again, thank you Shine!”
